Parent/Guardian statement is now available in Reports > Parent/Guardian > Parent/Guardian Statement. Please find attached two documents, one outlining how to read the Parent/Guardian Statement the other one you can send to your Parents to help them read the Parent/Guardian Statement.

Please also note to be able to email the Parent/Guardian Statement you will need to activate this on the parent record on the CCMS Settings tab. You will need to have Email CCB Statements to YES. Please refer to the attached screen shot. To prevent any breaches of privacy, this setting must be applied by your service. This is to ensure that the report is only sent to the correct Parent/Guardian.
