Dear Family Day Care and In Home Care Clients,
We have an issue in production where the Educator Balances displayed in the Bank Deposit are displaying incorrectly (see image attachment)
The incorrect balance doesn't affect the amount included on the Bank Deposit Advice for each educator or the balances shown on the Payment Summary Report, but does affect the few services that may Invoice or Receipt an educator for some reason. The balance before and after the transaction will be incorrect.
This is a known issue and we are working on a fix.
In addition, please do not enter receipts to clear the incorrect balances. We will notify you when this issue is resolved.
