ASP62 Overnight Query Aug. 13, 2018 Aug. 31, 2018
Description
We have been made aware the bulk overnight query has not completed successfully overnight, we are currently investigating this.  As a result of this no subsidies are showing on the processed session report.  This may effect your invoicing today.  While we are investigating this issue, you are able to query the individual session report for each child and this will pull through the subsidy, allowing you then to invoice with subsidies applied.


Update (Aug. 13, 2018)
Further update to this issue has identified the issue is with CCS and across multiple service providers.  They are currently investigating this and as soon as we hear anything we will let you know.

We have been notified from CCS they will be releasing a fix tonight for this.  We will let you know once this has been release and what you may need to complete to rectify the issue


Update (Aug. 14, 2018)
CCS have now released a fix and we have queried all sessions for you today.  If any invoices were effected you will need to run invoicing for that week to pull through any adjustments.  We thank you for your patience through this time

CCS have now released a fix and we have reset all queries to query overnight for you to pull through the subsidies.  If any invoices were effected you will need to run invoicing for that week to pull through any adjustments tomorrow once everything has queried.  We thank you for your patience through this time
