1 – Timesheet Summary Report.
This report is located via Reports – Timesheet – Timesheet Summary
We have removed the following unwanted columns: Child Count, Inclusion Support hours and JFA hours/days.
We have then replaced the absence flags with the number of absence hours per day.
If there isn’t an absence as usual the day will show ‘…. to make it easier to identify the days with the absence hours.
The absence hours will then total per day / per educator as well as a report total
2 - Educator Payment Advise
We have had reports from services to include the educators ABN number on this report. From now on individual educators ABN numbers will show on payment advises moving forward.
If you would like to turn this off please follow the below steps:
- Click on the settings cog
- Select site settings
- Scroll down to the heading ‘Educator Payment Advise’ and Tick Hide Educator ABN
- Scroll back to the top and click ‘Save’.
** Central Payment Clients – this is option is already hidden. If you would like to have the ABN displayed on payment advise going forward please follow the below steps:
- Click on the settings cog
- Select site settings
- Scroll down to the heading ‘Educator Payment Advise’ and UNTICK Hide Educator ABN
- Scroll back to the top and click ‘Save’.
3 – Educator Payment History.
This report is located via Reports – Educator – Payment History
We created a new BCP column so that the BCP payment will display separately to their deductions/transfers.
Some columns have been moved around e.g Amount Waivered is now in between Misc and Total Fee
The notes and calculations have been updated to include the changes.
