HWSP15 Failed Timesheets July 18, 2018
Description
If you're receiving the following message on a failed timesheet in CCS session reports "Invalid Educator Supplied" this means the educators start date under the CCS personnel role starts after the session date you're attempting to submit for. To resolve this you will need to go to the educators record under the CCS personnel roles tab and edit the existing roles start date to start from the 2nd of July 2018. Once you have completed this you will be able to submit the timesheet.
