Please be aware the performance will be slower today than normal due to the fact CCSS was closed all weekend and our system has to catch up on all queries for sessions reports, entitlements and enrolments.  Furthermore as many of you are processing today due to the public holiday the loaded is higher than usual. As the day progresses it will improve as the queries will be completed.
