ASP159 Failed Session Reports When Submitting Actual Attendance Times Jan. 11, 2019
Description
A number of services have received errors when attempting to submit their session reports. The error message states that the Time In/Out must not overlap with other sessions for the same day. In these cases, it appears that services/parents have signed children in and out care twice for the same session (therefore there is a duplicate e-Signature record). If your service receives this error message on a failed session report, click the 'Preview' button to identify the session with overlapping times in the 'Actual Times' column (in the 'Sessions' tab of the Preview CCS Submission window). 
You will then need to search for this session within your e-Signature dashboard, click the 'View' button and then delete the duplicate entry. This will allow you to successfully submit your session report.
