In situations where a parent has not confirmed their CCS enrolment prior to session submitted to CCSS, the subsidy may be paid to the parent and not the service.
We have discovered that in some 'revised sessions' the data provided to Harmony from CCSS differs from the subsidy actually paid to the service.
We are currently working with the department to rectify this as a matter of urgency. Once this is rectified, we will be in contact with any services who have been affected and advise how to fix this.
