We have been notified by a number of services that they are having issues with getting ISS to update the educator ID to the new CCS Person ID. We have raised this with our Account Manager at CCS and are waiting on a response to this. This does need to be completed by ISS and is not a software issue. We will endeavour to keep you updated on this matter.
