HWSP64 Session Reports showing incorrectly Aug. 13, 2018 Aug. 31, 2018
We have identified an issue with session reports displaying records from previous billing periods.  In some cases this has resulted in incorrect entries displaying on processing reports (eg: Educator Payment Advice). Please note this may have also effected invoicing for educators online (separate announcement has been sent to educators this morning).  We are working to resolve this as a matter of priority.  We recommend holding off finalising, printing or issuing processing reports, ABA files until further notice from us.

Update (Aug. 13, 2018)
Further update to this issue has identified the issue is with CCS and across multiple service providers.  They are currently investigating this and as soon as we hear anything we will let you know.

We have been notified by CCS they are releasing a fix tonight for this.  We will have further instructions once this fix has been released

Update (Aug. 14, 2018)
CCS have released a fix overnight, we are working through each server to update this information for you by resetting the queries and running them again.  This will be completed for all clients by tomorrow morning.   We thank you for your patience through this time
