HWSP63 Intermittent Invoicing Issue Aug. 13, 2018 Aug. 31, 2018
We have identified an issue effecting invoicing for some educators.  This has resulted in incorrect account adjustments being issued to parents for previous weeks (possibly adding additional fees).  We are working on rectifying this issue as a matter of priority.  We recommend holding off invoicing until further notice from us.

Update (Aug. 13, 2018)
Further update to this issue has identified the issue is with CCS and across multiple service providers.  They are currently investigating this and as soon as we hear anything we will let you know.

We have been notify from CCS they are releasing a fix for this tonight, we will have further instructions once this fix has been released

Update (Aug. 14, 2018)
CCS have now release the fix for this and we are currently working through all services to update the data.  This should be completed for all services by tomorrow morning.  Once the data has been queried the system will run auto invoicing for educators who has this switch on to correct any invoices that were effected.   We thank you for your patience through this time
