Description	We have received numerous reports of delays in CCS payments being received. As a result, CCS entitlements are not displaying on reports. Until the CCS payments have successfully queried into your software, there will be no payment to disburse (and therefore pay educators). If your CCS payment has been delayed, we advise you contact the CCS helpdesk directly for further information.
