Some services are intermittently experiencing issues with revised session reports not returning a ‘cancelled’ status on the original entry. Instead, the record is remaining in the status of ‘Pending Resubmission’ (even though the replacement session report has been submitted). We have investigated this and it is due to CCSS not returning the correct status on the replacement entry. CCSS are currently investigating this issue and we will keep you updated on any new information we receive regarding this.
