We have identified an issue with cancelling session reports which have been placed under manual review with CCSS. Some session reports are returning a success message when cancelled, but are not actually cancelling. For these session reports, the status does not change to ‘cancelled’ after you receive the success message. We have escalated this with CCSS and they are currently investigating this issue. We will keep you updated with any new information we receive regarding this.
