We will be temporarily suspending the invoicing function in your software from today. We have noticed a bug in scenarios where parents are invoiced in advance and a subsidy adjustment has subsequently been applied to the invoice. We will be bringing the invoicing function back on line this Friday morning (13th July). Any incorrect invoices generated prior to today with this issue will also be corrected. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We anticipated releasing the invoicing fix Thursday night (12th July). Whilst the four bugs have been corrected, we have not completed the work to recast the invoices already issued since 2nd July. This work will continue on Friday (13th July). This means the invoicing functionality will not be available until Saturday (14th July). We realise Friday is an important day for sending invoices, but it is better hold off until the work passes our testing processes.

Invoicing has now been activated again today for you.  To fix any previous issues for invoicing please run the invoicing function again for the weeks already invoiced and it will correct the issues.
