New Features:
Work Centre Dashboard
A new look Dashboard has been created for all users. The dashboard view is configurable for each user, meaning you may arrange/hide tiles as you require.
Messaging
Messages may now be sent internally between users. Messages may be sent to one or more recipients (including Educators for FDC) and may include attachments.
This feature will be ready to use for users who have the ‘Full Access’ role applied. Other roles will need to be updated to provide access, as required. FDC Educators will be able to receive/reply to messages from any user at your service, but will only be able to compose a new message to their assigned coordinator.
Site Theme Colours
Additional site theme colours are now available via your Site Settings and will apply site wide.
File Notes
File Notes may be created for parent/guardians, children, and educators. Important notes (or notes requiring action) may be flagged and are displayed on top in certain areas.
News
Services and Educators may now publish news/announcements/newsletters to families within the Parent Portal.
Themes
Your service may now select a Parent Portal theme from a list of new available themes within your Parent Portal menu.
Parent Portal
Menu
A central Parent Portal menu is now located under your settings menu. This new menu contains all your Portal settings and configuration, including:

Email Notifications to Parent
You may now elect to send an email notification to parent/guardians when a new Parent Portal entry has been published. These entries include:
1.Diaries
2.Programs
3.Portfolio Entries (Child Records)
4.News
5.Messages/Feedback
This setting is located within your Parent Portal Configuration.
Resend Portal Credentials
You may now resend Parent Portal credentials to families who have lost or didn’t receive their Parent Portal activation email, who have forgotten their username, or have forgotten the Parent Portal URL. When sent, the email will contain a link to your Parent Portal and their username. They will be prompted to reset their password if they have forgotten (or don’t know it). This is via Portal Access.
Reports
The following reports (when configured by your service) are now available for parent/guardians to download via the Parent Portal:
1.Statement of Entitlement
Educator Accounts
Educator Accounts has now been released to Educators. This feature allows Educators to enter their expenses for their business to be able to complete their Business Activity Statement each month, quarter, or year. This is similar to the Cashbook from Harmony Light.
Enhancements:
1.Updates made to view of images within Parent Portal. Images will no longer be stretched or distorted.
2.Your Parent Portal library documents are now located within Admin > Reference Materials.
3.Home link added to ‘My Account’ and ‘News’ pages within Parent Portal (was previously missing).
4.Working with Children details may now be recorded on a user’s record.
5.Field Workers may be linked with a user. This allows educators to message their Field Worker/Coordinator (FDC only).
6.Infrastructure upgrades
