HWSP496 Holiday Periods and Overnight Release Dec. 23, 2020
Description
Holiday Periods:
If you are approving Holiday period requests submitted by your educators, we encourage you double check the start and end dates of the request.  We have noticed an increase of start dates in for the wrong year e.g January 2019.
If your educator has submitted the incorrect date please click on reject.  The educator can then fix the request and submit it back to your service.

Overnight we released a change into the system regarding Online Enrolments.
Going forward, new online enrolment submission notifications will not only go to the primary email address but will now also go to any additional email accounts you have set up in the system.
If you are unsure of who you have set up as an additional email please click on the cog setting, select site settings, under your primary email address click on additional emails.
The tip sheet ‘Email Verification’ is also attached which walks through how to add additional emails if needed.
