HWSP412 Bank Deposit Advise FDC and IHC – UPDATE May 1, 2020
Description
Over the past few days, we have worked on a solution to fix the incorrect account balances and a few changes have occurred to prevent the issue from reoccurring:

1 The Bank Deposit Advise is now fixed and the Account Balance value should now match the Deposit Amount.

2 From now on the Payment Advices created during the Free Childcare period will now show an Other Transactions section that will list an entry for each timesheet where a Fee Waiver was applied to the timesheet.
The Educator Payment Summary section now includes the total special Fee Waiver amount in the Subsidy field and a balancing entry in the Other Transactions field.

3 The Payment Summary Report has also changed to include these changes. 
The special Fee Waiver now appears in the Subsidy column, instead of the Fee Charged column.
The Debtor Txs column will include the new Fee Waiver transaction that we included to reduce the educator's balance.

The two transactions balance each other and have no effect on the actual payment to the educator.

We encourage you to read your email sent yesterday from the Harmony Team as this will include screenshots of each section that has changed for further clarification.
