Dear Harmony Web Clients,
For those services who are applying for the Supplementary Relief Payment we have listed the reports you may find helpful in completing your application.
The EFT report to show the hours utilised for care and the number of children for the required period.
• Go to Reports
• Financial
• EFT
• Select the period required
• Download
To show families/children/educator numbers would be the following by the Timesheet Statistics Report:
• Go to Reports
• Timesheet
• Timesheet Statistics
• Select the period required
• Download
Use the Family Detail Report for parents working status. You will be able to save to Excel and remove the irrelevant columns:
• Go to Reports
• Go to Parent/Guardian
• Go to Family Detail Report
• Select the current week
• Select All parents
• Include Details
• Select Export CSV
If you need to compare these reports to the reference week CCS has used don't forget about the Educator CCS Submitted Values Timesheet found in:
• Reports
• Educator
• Educator CCS Submitted Timesheet Values.
