Overnight we have begun to release some of the changes to the system to allow for the new Business Continuity Payment (BCP).
Report
We have developed a report that will assist you with calculating how to distribute your BCP to your educators. Please refer to the attached tip sheet for further information.
Distribution
Over the long weekend we will be completing the function to use for distributing the BCP to your educators. This will involve a new area under the Processing menu called Business Continuity Payment. This will replace part of your Day 2 processing. Your payment advice, payment summary and bank deposit will all remain the same.
Family Levy
We have end dated your current family levy and created a new version set to $0 as they will not work with the new payment system. We have also set the original levy to start again from 29/06/20 so you don’t have to remember what you use to charge. In the new payment system if you still want to charge your levy, we have allowed for this in the calculations.
Educator Deductions
Educator deductions will still work the same with the new payment system, if you choose to charge them.
Enrolment
Enrolment still need to be created and end dated during this period. However, you can only end date enrolments after the 05/04/20. Dates before this have been blocked by CCS.
Statement of Entitlement
Statement of entitlement is still required to be sent each fortnight. However, we have to make changes to remove all fees as per specs from CCS. This will be completed early next week.
