The Prime Minister announced late last week that parents will no longer be paying gap fees for child care services provided from today (6th April).
This means we will need to make amendments to the invoicing model in Harmony Web.
While we are completing these changes please leave your invoicing setup as normal. Do not change any settings in your invoicing system.
If an invoice is issued and sent to a parent this week with gap fees showing, please explain to your parents that changes are being worked on in the software to remove the gap fee charges.
We will also be releasing a function to waive the gap fee if you have decided to for the period of 23/03/20 to 05/04/20.
