HWSP339 Educator and Parent Payment Advise Jan. 16, 2020
Description
We have recently made changes to the educator and parent payment advise.  These changes will start to occur in your current billing period and will not effect previous billing period reports.

Educator Payment advise:  Going forward the payment advise will no longer display the unwanted JFA and CCR columns.  

Parent Payment advise:  Going forward we have removed four columns: Year 2 date absences, CCR, JFA and CCS\% columns.  

We have also added in:
•	a payment summary.  If the family has charges with multiple educators a payment summary of what the family needs to pay each educator will display down the bottom of the report
•	in order for the payment summary to display we have had to add a new column called ‘payment to’.  This column displays where the subsidies have been paid to.  This will list either educator or parent depending on how your service processes and what has been requested in their record/timesheet.
