We have released the following changes/enhancements within the software recently.
This includes:
New field in educators record (under general details tab) you can now enter in the educators Business Name if they have one
We have made enhancements the Educator Register Report so you may notice some new fields in the educators record:
- Ceased Date (this date is now a required filed before inactivating an educator)
- Educators Qualifications. If you select 'Incomplete Qualifications' you will now have the options to enter in date study commenced, date most recent module was completed and estimated date of completion.
- Fields to enter WWCC details for assistants and occupants
- Educator Assistants – You can now enter in a middle name.
- Interpreter required option to select yes or no. (located in Educator tab, under Ethnicity heading)
Existing data in Harmony which will now show on the Educator Register Report includes:
- Care Location
- Logo for service
- Date Registered with service
- Educators Primary Language spoken
