As School Holidays are fast approaching we would like to remind services about the Holiday Period feature.

The Holiday Period Feature blocks BSC and ASC sessions from forecasting in a set period of time which prevents any charges going to the parents.

Please make sure you create the holidays period in advance - before you forecast!  If you have already forecasted your sessions for school holidays you will need to manually cancel your daily sessions.  Enter the Holiday Period and then re-forecast the sessions.
