| Description | The CCS handbook (page 57) advises that a session of care can be any length of time up to 12 hours, but cannot exceed 12 hours. Where care exceeds 12 hours, this must be submitted as two or more sessions of care. To help services with this legislative requirement, overnight we have released a feature where the system will give you a warning if a session exceeds 12 hours. You will now be prompted to split the sessions of care. |
