With the new changes implemented from the 1st April 2019, you now have to submit the sessions in the following way:

If you have two children in care, Child 1 8am to 5pm and Child 2 8am 10am, the sessions for child 1 need to show as 8am to 10am and then 10am to 5pm. so all sessions match.  This would apply to all children in the family.

This is the only way CCSS will now accept these submissions.

If you need to do any revise sessions, we advice you to cancel/withdraw not revise and then submit the new session report.  With these new changes from the 1st April 2019 the revise is no longer working the same way and we are working with the department to get this rectified.  

When we receive any further information from the department we will let you know.

Update on new IHC Changes
We have almost completed the new changes for IHC with the nominated child being able to be select at session level, more details to come shortly.
Another part of these changes were having to split the sessions to match each child.  We have listened to your feedback regarding this as we have added some further functionality regarding this to Harmony Web.  Once we release the new changes when you go to bulk mark for CCS, Harmony Web will identify the sessions that are overlapping and require spiting and list them for you and will ask if you would like them split.  You can select split sessions and it will automatically split all sessions for you.  No more working out which sessions need to be split.
More information on the release will be sent out over the next couple of days.
