Please be aware that enrolments are automatically end dated if there is no activity for 8 weeks, this may be the case for many of your vacation care children.  Ensure you have queried all enrolments regularly in order to pull through any updates.

If this has occured you simply need to create a new enrolment from the day after the end date of the previous enrolment.  Please note the new enrolment will need to be confirmed by the parent/guardian in their my gov account.
