Upon finally receiving a meeting with Services Australia we now have all the information to help services with the $0 fee session that was created by Services Australia on the 13/09/2021 for effected services in Greater Sydney.
Our development team have been madly working on a solution so there is little impact on services and most of the work will be completed in the back end by us.
What does that mean for submitting sessions reports for week ending 19th September 2021?
On Thursday night we will update your software with the new changes. Once this has occurred and we have confirmed the release was successful you will be able to submit your session reports as per your normal submitting process for your service and we will handle everything in the back end. If you try to submit prior to our release you will receive and error, we will be unable to fix this until after our release on Thursday night.
So for now there is nothing more for services to do except keep an eye on your emails or announcements to see when we have completed the release.
