As we are nearing the Session reports deadline (8 August), now is the time to check your data.
If you haven’t been consistently doing these 2 processes, now is the time to check all errors on generating AND failed submissions over the CCS financial year. To do this, please follow the below process:
1 - Checking Errors on Generating:
- Processing
- Daily Sessions
- Select the following filters:
Attendance Date - Date Range
Rooms - All Rooms
By error - to cover all basis check both filters Error on Generating and Attendances Not Generated.
- if there are children displaying click on the cog to find the error.
2 - Check that you have not missed any failed session reports.
- Processing
- CCS Session Reports
- Within the search keyword box click on the down arrow and select weekending, then click search
- Look under the heading Draft/Failed Attendance
- If you have a number listed here it means that the children under this status haven't been submitted.

- Make sure you follow the above process, checking each week in the financial year
