ASP579 Failed CCS Session reports June 28, 2021

Good Morning Services

If you are receiving a failed message in your session reports due to the address not being in the 1st line, please follow the below steps to fix this so you are able to submit.   This has been caused by CCS making a change last weekend to your street address field on your approval.  It is now showing in line 2 of your approvals instead of line 1 where it should be. 
 
To fix it please follow the below steps:
 
•	Click on the settings cog 
•	Select approvals
•	Click CCS service profile button 
•	Click on the address tab
•	Edit the physical address and copy line 2 into line 1
•	Click submit
 
Now you will be able to submit your session reports.
