This week we released two updates to the enrolment form:
•When accessing the enrolment form via the link it will now ask for a first name and surname. This way when the parent enters the form their details will prefill in the correct fields.
•We have added in 2 standard authorisations to align with the new transport regulation change.
The authorisations are:
Emergency Contact:
Do you authorise this person to consent for your child/ren to be transported in a vehicle by the educator/service or by other transportation as arranged by the educator/service?
Child: (needs to be a mandatory field)
I give authorisation for my child to be transported in a vehicle by the educator/service or by other transportation as arranged by the educator/service.
