Overnight we released 2 changes into the system:

1.  New Feature:  ISS claim history!  
When you view an ISS case you will see a new tab called ‘Claim History’.  This history will show all claims made against the case.  Click view to see more details.

2.  We added in additional wording to emails being sent out for PIN numbers to parents saying:  
Your PIN should never be shared with anyone else.
