Recently we have released 2 changes into the software.
1 - 30 days before the your PRODA device expires, then every day till expiry occurs a message will display on your dashboard advising you of this.
Management and control users can also view the expiry date with in the account settings.
Once device has been refreshed and expiry time is reset, messages are no longer generated until next impending expiry event is trigger.
2 - New Report - Timesheet Submitted Hours
The report was created for services that require this data to apply for supplementary BCP funding therefore includes details such as: Enrolment I.D, Hours of attendances (comes from your actual in/out times recorded), hours charged (session hours), absent days/hours.
You can find this report via – Financial – Session Report Submitted Hours
NOTE: Only timesheets submitted/processed will be included on the report
