ASP397 Business Continuity Payment Module April 15, 2020
Description
Dear Harmony Web Clients,

Overnight we have released our new Business Continuity Payment (BCP) Module.  We hope this will allow you to make some further decisions on how you can distribute the new BCP to your educators.   

We have attached a detailed tip sheet on how it works, and we are running webinars today to go through the finer details.

If you or your staff members have not already registered we can help you with this.  Please email us with your first and last name, email address and time preference either 11am or 3pm.

We have also created a further tip sheets to give a better understanding of the new processes under the BCP period called Compulsory Free Period.  This can be found by clicking on your support button / click on your FDC or IHC tile / under the 'General' heading.

Later today we will also be sending out an email to educators to explain how invoicing will now work in the BCP period and steps if they need to waive any gap fees in the optional gap free period.  This tip sheet can be found under Educator Tip sheets / Accounts / Invoicing / Invoice Optional Gap Free Waiver.
