We have released the following new fields overnight in the parent and child records:
Parent record:
* Relationship to Child text box in parent and partner records
Child Record:
Within the General Details tab:
* Question ‘is child related to FDC educator’ we now have a follow up text box if the parent says yes for the service then to type in the relationship with the FDC Educator
Within the medical tab new fields include:
* Is the child linked with NDIS?
* Dentist Name, Phone and Address in the medical tab.
* Does the Child have Diabetes? - please add this as a new YES/NO slider in the medical tab (consistent with the other Yes/No questions). Then also a comments Comments text box.
