The following changes/fixes have been released in the system overnight.
You are now able disable an e-Signature pin for the following records:
• Guardian
• Guardian’s Partner
• Educator (FDC/IHC)
• Service Users
For each of these options you will now see the fields start date and end date.
If the existing record contained a pin we defaulted the start date to 1/07/2019. Entering an end date will allow you to now disable a pin. In this case the pin will stop working after the end date you have selected.
