The following releases were completed overnight.

1 - Update to split care subsidies (FDC/IHC)
Now, in split care (1 child attends 2 educators) a child's entitlement will now be apportioned to the educators in the same proportion as shown on the Statement of Entitlement.
However, if the total CCS Payments do not match the total CCS in the Session Subsidy records, the old method based on the hours for each educator will be used. 
This can occur if:
•  CCS withhold a negative payment for a session report until there is enough funds from other payments to cover the negative amount.
•  If the parent owes a debt and CCS recover all or a portion of the debt from a CCS Payment.
•  CCS double pay the service and recover the original payment from the parent.

2 - Child Payment History Report (FDC/IHC/CBC)
There is now an option for detailed and summary export options.
Summary: shows child id, child first/last name, educator first/last name, week ending, subsidy and enrolment i.d only.
Detailed: will show all information from the pdf report

3 - Users can now download email attachments from emails in the email log (excluding reports) - (FDC/IHC/CBC)

4 - Revising Session Reports (FDC/CBC)
Now, if when you revise you will no longer be able to select a different subsidy scheme than what was used on the original timesheet as this was only to be used when revising CCMS attendance records.

5 - CCS Fee estimate (FDC)
Previously calculations wouldn’t occur if 12am times were selected for overnight care, this has now been fixed.
