Dear Services and Educators,
A new password security policy will be implemented as part of our major release tonight. As a result, once the update has been released you may be prompted to reset your password upon logging in if one of the below points apply:
1. Your password does not meet the mandatory password requirements (at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and symbol).
2. Your password has expired.
3. Your password was identified on a list of weak or compromised passwords.
If you think one or more of these points apply to your login, we recommend resetting your password via ‘My Profile’ in the settings menu. Alternatively, you may wait until prompted (following the update tonight).
