Please be advised that all emails sent by your service through our software will now be addressed from noreply@redbourne.com.au. Previously, your service's email address was being displayed so that educators/families could easily identify your service as the sender. We received reports that some educators/families were not receiving emails and found that some mail providers were blocking emails as suspected spam. This change has been made to prevent this from occurring.
