ASP162 CCS Connection Error Jan. 17, 2019
Description
We have received reports of intermittent CCS errors when attempting to submit or query details with CCS. Many of these error messages contain the message 'Invalid Secret'. In  some cases, services have managed to successfully submit after waiting 5 - 10 minutes and trying again. We have reported this to CCS and have been advised they will investigate the issue. We will keep you updated as soon as CCS have given us any further details.

Update (Jan. 18, 2019)
Further to our previous announcement (Invalid Secret error), CCS have confirmed that they are still investigating this error. 
CCS have also confirmed that they currently have a known time out error which their team is also investigating. Services experiencing this error will receive a 'Task Cancelled' error message. If your service receives this error when trying to submit/query CCS data, just keep trying and it will eventually go through.
We will let you know of any updates CCS sends through.
