There have been reported cases of services having issues updating Educator Roles. Once the End Date on an educator role has passed, CCS no longer return the role in the Service Personnel query and CCS do not allow that role to be updated.
If you attempt to update an educator role, but receive an error message indicating the role does not exist, you can now select the 'Query CCS' button to query the role for that educator. This is a new button which has been added to the 'CCS Personnel Roles' tab of the educator record. If CCS do not return that role in the query, Harmony will automatically delete the role, allowing you to create a new role if necessary or to inactivate the educator.
