We have received further information from the government today, this expiry date refer to your activation code in the PEP.  This expires every 6 months.  As a result you will need to complete this process and add a new activation code in our software.
This has can only be completed by the Management and Control person at your service.  Once they have obtain the new code from the PEP you are required to go into our software and up to the cog in the right hand corner and down to Account Settings and across to CCS Activation and enter the new code in the One Time Activation Code.
