Updates have been made to forecasting in order to correctly forecast sessions where booking updates have been made. This will assist you with forecasting updates to daily sessions after the initial forecast has run.
For instances where you have have end dated or modified a booking after already forecasting for the week, returning to daily sessions and forecasting again will correct your daily sessions to match the booking.
It is important to note that 'casual', 'absent' and 'cancelled' sessions will not be updated when the forecast process runs. If you wish for absent or cancelled sessions to be updated, you will need to change the status back to 'attended' by unclicking the 'cancel' or 'absent' button prior to forecasting.
Please also note that any updates made to the session settings will be lost for sessions in the status of 'attend' when reforecasting the week.
